The coiled handset cord is appropriate and the mounting cord has spaded ends with a Western Electric 283R four prong plug. However, a more modern modular mounting cord may be substituted. This phone could be a nice addition to your office. This telephone has been fully tested, polished and ready for display/use. The buyer may want to contact their dial tone provider to confirm the acceptance of rotaty (pulse) dialing. If your provider does not support pulse dialing, you still may be able to receive incoming calls. Also, there are devices on the Internet that can convert pulse to touch tone dialing. For example, the XLink is designed to support antique rotary dial telephones. The XLink can be connected to an antique telephone and used to make and receive calls through a Bluetooth connected cell phone.
