Vintage Cat with Kitten and Grapes Silver Tone Napkin Ring
I don't see any markings - I'm assuming it's silver plated but I'm not sure.  It is definitely not sterling.
It features a cat holding a kitten on the front and the ring part has grapes and grape leaves.  The bottom is a floral pattern, sort of an Art Deco style pattern.
It has some heft to it - it weighs about 5 ounces unboxed.  The ring is about 1 3/4" tall and the base measures about 3" x 2"
I haven't polished this and this is in as-found condition.
Beautiful and unique - I haven't seen this exact one anywhere!
