Turquois 1966 Western Electric Rotary Dial Trimline Wall Telephone This is an early Western Electric turquois 1966 “Trimline” rotary dial wall mount telephone. It is so early that the phone is connected to a line cord so the phone can be located any where in your home. The line cord is long so it can be plugged into your existing phone jacks. This is a superior telephone able to provide many years of excellent service. There are no cracks, chips or marks on the base plastic cover. The base is complete with all the internal parts. The handset has an extra-long turquois curly cord which can reach even longer when stretched out. This is a fully functional telephone that has been tested, beautiful and ready to use. There is a volume adjustment wheel in the base that adjusts the ringing volume of the internal brass bells. This phone will work on most standard analog telephone company land lines. With an adaptor this phone will also work on digital cable service and even with a blue-tooth adaptor (Xlink-BT) it will work on cell phone lines when your cell phone is in the same area. Digital cable lines require an inexpensive adaptor like “Dialgizmo”, which can be purchased online. The phone dials out and rings on incoming calls. This phone is 66 years old, it was made much better than the throw away phones made today so it will last for many more years.
