I bought this new at Comic Con in 2018 at the Mattel booth. It is still new and sealed. See pics for condition. There is a small spot on the bottom where color is missing— see pic of bottom of box (with UPC Code) and pic of close-up with the spot circled. Box is otherwise new and glossy.
