    Rare Original Western Electric 6 Wire Brown Cloth Multiline Telephone Cord This is an original brown cloth Western Electric telephone 6 wire cord. These cords were used with Western Electric 202 and later desk sets in multiline business situations. It is a brown six wire cloth cord that is 80 inches long end to end. It has the retaining rings on both ends to connect to the phone, ringer box, and line terminal. The retaining rings on both ends are not marked however most were marked: 5 – 6 D 6 J This cord is very rare and can be used in a variety of wiring situations. The braided cloth exterior cover has a partial tear but not complete and still serviceable. The internal leads insulation is in good condition. The lead colors are black, brown with one green strip, brown with one red strip and another with two red strips, brown with one yellow strip and brown with two yellow stripes. The cord is in good condition.
