The ring has broken off and is gone
I don’t know if this can be repaired by a silversmith?
Measures 2 and 7/8” high
Base measures approx 2.5” wide and 2 and 1/8” deep.
If you press on the left front corner, it wobbles & does not sit perfectly flat.
Marked “Pairpoint Mfg Co New Bedford Mass”
Needs a light cleaning
