These beads have some darker colouring on the inside to give the impression of real amber with inclusions of plants or something.
This is Bakelite.
Made to look like the color of cognac amber.
The string has stretched about an inch too long so needs to be tightened or restrung. Very common in Old necklace and proof that this is really old. This has brass spacers between the beads.
The cube cut to the beads has rounded corners.
This Necklace weighs approximately 78 grams.
