A classic Victorian silverplate NAPKIN RING featuring an Oriental FAN and a Long Tailed BIRD on a footed platform.  It is beautifully detailed with Aesthetic period natural elements - flowers, leaves, butterflies and geometric designs - including the feathers on the figural bird!  circa 1890's
