Bell System Western Electric 500DM Baby Blue Rotary Dial Desk Telephone.
New Shell, handset, spring cord and wall cord. Rotary "guts" are either new or possibly a factory referb from the 50's or newer.
Still technician sealed.
Many times Technician/installers would carry shells, guts, hand sets, and cords separately on their trucks then assemble and bag the requested specification of phone for a given "job" or in preparation for a popular run (color/feature). This information was related to me a long retired technician.
It is hard to find these phones in as-new condition without chips breaks or major scratches. It is even harder to find one NOS. Very rare.
Complete phone including base, handset, handset cord and wall cord.
I have not cleaned, altered or repaired this wonderful phone as it is in the condition I acquired it in from the estate of a long retired Bell System Lineman/Technician.

I have not and will not remove this model 500DM phone from its packaging.
