Description

Beautiful and fun caddy for any small item or items to be elegantly presented. A gentleman monkey hunter, sleeves rolled up and rifle at the ready, approaches a tree with his attentive hunting hound, while a rabbit in the base of the tree goes on high alert. Beautiful workmanship on this great conversation piece. Mark on bottom reads: "Jas. W. Tufts / Boston Mass. / 3400" (pattern number). James W. Tufts worked in Boston between 1877 and 1904, so this piece can be dated within those parameters.
4"W x 3-1/4"D x 3-3/4"H. Round receptacle for holding small spoons / toothpicks / or whatever small items to dispense is 1-1/4" diameter x 1-5/8" deep.
