    Description

Hello from Soldan Models, Alex Xydias was born in 1922 in Los Angles, served in World War II as a radio operator and engineer on a B-17. In 1946 Alex opened the SoCal Speed Shop in Burbank Ca. where his legend begins. Alex designed the streamliner for the sole
purpose of going fast, and in 1950 went 210mph to win top honors. The engine, a 1949 Mercury with many modifications, the frame was made from a Model T Ford rails. Total length of the car is 15 feet wheelbase at 96 inches and a solid sheet aluminum pan on the bottom gives clean lines. This is the
    original Black
version, there are also other versions, white with gold lettering, silver with gold, the last photo shows all four versions including the Hot Rod Magazine Special. Each model is hand made and finished, mounted to a base for display. If you are interested in the white or Hot Rod Magazine version please let me know, i build 3 to 5 at a time depending on the demand.  I will combine shipping, just wait for the adjusted postage invoice. any questions or comments are always appreciated. NOTE, THE LAST PHOTO is the 1933 GEE BEE Atlanta race car, look for this model in the near future. NOTE, last one for sometime to come
